These dynamic presentations of “calm at the center of the storm” have inspired audiences around the world.
An industry leading medical services provider was informally merging two busy clinical regions for increased efficiency and and better patient care. Having experienced a prior QE leadership seminar, the two Regional Medical Chiefs asked us to provide a half day interactive presentation on Decisive Collaboration for 120 of their combined medical directors.
Meeting at a resort facility, we began the morning in one large circle in the center of which we shared a silent sword demonstration to introduce The Three Swords of Leadership.

There followed an exciting, narrated demonstration of Aikido, the unique martial art of Peace, and a dialogue with the audience regarding the embodiment of these principles under pressure. We then separated into circles of 20 throughout the ball room and facilitated interactive exercises in which participants experienced these principles as a way of practicing Decisive Collaboration.
