A nationally recognized university wanted to offer a unique approach
to the practical application of the principles of the new sciences
to business for its renowned external MBA program.
Quantum Edge created a two day experiential seminar introducing
these radical perspectives on leading change. We used slow motion
exercises to enable participants to embody deep leadership presence
and directly experience the principles of living systems, complexity
theory and quantum physics. We then dialogued together
to apply these principles verbally in their real strategic
and tactical business situations.
After seventeen years, our seminar remains central to this leading
edge curriculum. Participants consistently report that the
Quantum Edge session is the most powerful seminar of
their fellowship and that it has had a profoundly
positive effect on both their personal lives and
their businesses.
