CONFLICT BREAKTHROUGH
The senior executive team of a multinational entertainment
company needed to quickly resolve several chronic senior team
issues that were blocking their company-wide
transformation challenge.
Quantum Edge provided a one day Aikido seminar. We spent the morning developing the team’s inner skills for energy mastery
and deep listening and then spent that afternoon facilitating
a dialogue that cleared their issues, resulting in a new
team commitment to the company change plan.
The CEO reported that that one day session produced the fastest transformation he’d ever experienced in moving his team from contention to resolution and that the company change effort
was back on track.

The essence of all communications, and therefore the essence
of good leadership, is listening. In our Extraordinary Listening
Seminars we investigate several levels of listening experientially.
Participants develop an embodied presence for listening deeply
that develops their empathy for others. With practice they come
to understand their own listening filters and discover the ways
in which their thoughts, assumptions and moods can often
limit creative possibility.
